Completed new build
This was to be their forever home so they had specific wants, being German these clients wanted some feels from home so we worked with them to bring in some high end German doors and a classic cooktop wood burner fireplace. We worked closely on design to make sure the elements all worked together in harmony. After the site was cut we installed over 100 timber piles to start this project off.
The Framework
This almost classic looking weatherboard home has some incredibly high stud walls to facilitate the front door entrance area with grand staircase as well. Upvc windows were also used to bring some German design into the home. After framing was completed the client noticed there was a wasted space above the kitchen so it was altered to be a large storage room. We left these clients over the moon that we stuck on budget and that we built their forever home without any complications during construction.
